Sharing of joy!

We want to extend our greatest gratitude to God that make the events successful! Thanks to those who make their way to come as well as those who offers helping hands during the Thanksgiving Celebration. Indeed, we are blessed to have many many college students, particularly from SEGi UC, that came for the event.

The funds that are collected from the sale of the tickets are about RM2000+ and a group of SEGi lecturers also did a one-hour carolling session on 2nd December and they also collected more than RM400 of love offering from lecturers and staffs in different departments. Indeed, God is great!

On 3rd December, we are blessed to have the kids from Rumah Solihah & Positive Shelther to come to SEGi for a pre-Christmas and birthday celebration. The food (McDonald), party packs and gifts are sponsored by lecturers, staffs and few of the students. May God bless them for their kind heart!

Kids C'mas Party

Hey hey,

The event of 'A Thanksgiving Celebration; Celebrating Love, Life & Friendship' was great and indeed God is with us. Praise God for a wonderful night, and it's a blessing that we manage to collect RM2000++ for the two orphanages - Rumah Solihah & Positive Shelther.

So today, we are celebrating a c'mas cum birthday party for them in SEGi UC KD! The party will be at Lobby area. All we do is for a cause, to bless these kids. Though they are diagnose with HIV positive, let us not discriminate them, but to offer our helping hands, encourage them that this is not the end of the world for they are still so young.

Do you want to be apart of those who want to bless these kids? Come and help out today at 10am at Lobby area. Else, you guys could come at 12pm too, we will sing a few cmas songs & play some simple games with them. The party starts at 12pm.

A Thanksgiving Celebration

Hey fellows SEGians!

Thanksgiving Night is an annual event that is organized by Youth Ablaze. The purpose of this event is to be thankful of our God and our loved ones for what they have done for us throughout the year. God is awesome because we know that He is always always with us!

This year, we're back bigger and better! This year, the theme is 'A Thanksgiving Celebration - A celebration of life, love, and friendships!'. Not only that we are also celebrating with a great cause. The sale of tickets in this event shall proceed to Rumah Solihah and Positive Shelter (Poshe) home. Rumah Solihah and Poshe home are the homes for the orphans in Cheras, KL.They have about 25 children in total. Some of the orphans are even HIV infected, as young as 2 years old. Why not bless them with a little from our possessions?

Price? RM10 per pax (dinner is included)

Woah!

We are back from camp!

Glad to hear many testimonies and indeed God are with us these three days. It is the first camp that God bring CFs from different SEGi branches, KD, subang and KL together as one unit and plan for the camp few months ago.

We truly thank God that this has come true and we have build stronger friendship among each other!

Last Friday is the first YA meeting after camp and we are blessed to see so many people in the VCR room. Thanks guys for making our day bright! Hope to see you guys again coming Fridays.

We are so glad that the few months of planning finally came to reality. Now it's time to pack up for tomorrow's camp!

The rEVOLution Begins With US

Hey guys! I believe most of you did come for the revolution party last night. How was it? Good? After 2 months of planning & preparations and last minute promotions, we truly THANK GOD for HE has brought people here in SEGi KD! Though we do not have enough time, but God has proven Himself REAL and FAITHFUL. Praise God that He has given us enough food and also seats for everyone!

Here we just want to give word of appreciation to the committee members who had put in their hardworks and sacrifice their time and energy in this Revolution P.A.R.T.Y. Thanks to their sacrificial hearts and willing to put effort into making the Revolutions P.A.R.T.Y not just by words, but to put whatever they said into action, and the result is awesome!

For those who has missed the chance of coming here, don't worry! Youth Ablaze has MORE programmes and activities line up for you guys!

Yes, you heard it, SEGi Revolution Party is back! This time, bigger and better!

We had one Revolution Party in 2009 and the response was good! If you were there last year, then you know what you should do ya! =) If you were not there and this year will be your first time, let us Youth Ablaze present you SEGi Revolution Party 2010.

This party is not like any other party. On that night, we will have musics, performances and life-changing sharing! This party changed a lot of people since last year. People are committed to shower LOVE to their own campuses, so that the campus will be a better place for everyone! Don't believe? Come for yourself and experience the first-hand experience! We serve dinner too and it's absolutely FREE!

Easter Sunday

Hey ya all!

We had a good session last Friday by Pastor Eric, those who cant make it is such a waste, but no worry, we gotta meet up again coming Friday, same time 12.30pm at R1.4.

How many of you remember what day is tomorrow? Yea it's EASTER SUNDAY! Do you all know it's significant? Well, it's the day of our Lord Jesus Christ resurrected! Yup and let's go to church together tomorrow to celebrate this joyful day!

It is such an important day for us Christian, because this is the day that fulfill all the prophecy from old testaments, and it is the day we joyfully declare His victory!!

Hope we all share the same joyful heart to embrace the coming of Easter Sunday.
