Well, last friday YA has a woderful meeting. GREAT to see everyone is back except for some nursing students that are on practical now. We shares update on each other of what has been happening and has good fellowship with one another..

We're back!
Hey guys.. sorry for MIA (Missing in Action) for so long..
Well, these are the updates for Youth Ablaze, after few weeks of exams and holidays, YA IS BACK!!!
Today the committee have gathered and discussed the planning for the coming few months, we will have cycling trip, carolling and thanksgiving dinner for these few months so that we can come together once again giving thanks and praises our Lord Jesus Christ for the wonderful work He has done for all of us. Stay tuned! Details will be updated soon and hope to hear feedback and responses from you!

Como' estas
Hello!
How're you all? it's has been almost 4 weeks after the SEGi Revolution Party. Any feedback? Hope you guys enjoy it. Nice worship sessions and good preaching huh? really hope you all can catch something back from what the speaker has said; apart from all his jokes? Haha...
Well, Youth Ablaze want to thank all of you that made an effort to come to the SEGi rEVOLution Party. We hope that all of you can come for all our upcoming events as well..
Be reminded that nothing can separate us from God's love. For His words say: '31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did no spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, won't he also give ues everything else?' (Romans 8:31-32)
Isn't He wonderful? He has given us His own Son for us, let's us thank Him by living a worship lifestyle, praising Him. Know that most of you would have exam in this month, guess everyone will be busier right? well we'll pray for your exam and may God blesses you. Updates: SEGi rEVOLution P.A.R.T.Y
Hey hey hey!
Greetings! how're you guys? Youth Ablaze weekly meeting resumes last week, and we are blessed and glad to have a lot of new comers with us. Praise God. It's good to gather together and know each others ya?! Fun to play an interesting 'knowing you' ice breaker, short skit based on verses in the bible, and wonderful message by Mrs. Vicky. How amazing is that?
As mentioned in the previous post, SEGi KD and SEGi Subang are going to organise an inter-college christian fellowship to link all the CFs in the Klang Valley. The planning goes on until the Lord reminds us to 'fish' our own land FIRST before we conquer another. Therefore, the main purpose of linking cf among Klang Valley has narrowed down to SEGi College only for the very first year. We have the same objective of reaching out to people in various SEGi and bonding with one another!

ICCF
Let's be excited for the first joint events from SEGi KD and SEGi Subang, and most probably Sunway College too! We're going to organise an Inter-college Christian Fellowship (ICCF) event among the collegues in Klang Valley. For this very first year we only include three collegeus into the organising and planning parts but we pray and hope this will keep passions and fire to continue to burn up among the campus students and holding these events annually or twice a year is definately possible! We just had our very first meeting in SEGi Subang yesterday to discuss on the details and areas to be taken care of, the committee members, the decision-making team, and we proudly to have Acts church to support us in various needs. This very first ICCF concert will be held in SEGi University College Kota Damansara. Our target audience will be 600-1000 people and our multipurpose hall can fit up to 2000 people. Let's pray for God's work to be done in this place. Halleluyah!

Refresh throughout the past weeks # Part 2
Yeah! The next thing that we all enjoyed was in Revolution Camp in El Sanctuary, Malacca. Despite the tiring preparation and all the works that we have done in the Easter celebration in SEGi KD and rushing to finish up all our assignments, we move on in the same day itself to SEGi Subang, for the three days two nights camp in Malacca. The journey wasn’t good because the bus was stuck in traffic jam for hours and when we reach there it already late. All the activities were affected. Praise God that He blesses us with considerable organizers, well equipped chalets, nice environment and extremely nice food!!
THANKS a lot to SEGi Subang CF for they had done a wonderful job. There are still rooms for improvements but overall it was great! Thanks for doing all the preparation and allow us to hop in and join you all. It is the first time they actually organized a camp for SEGi campus students. They targeted a big crowd but not many that turn up. We truly believe that God has a purpose for keeping this crowd small. Why? We are connected, in other word 'bonded' more easy because there is only 26 of us. We had 1 salvation and 4 redidications, 26 campers out of which 6 is non christian friends. God is so good! Haleluyah!

Each and every one of us enjoyed the camp. The games that require teamwork and fun have caught us laughing every single moment. All the fun brings us to be closer in friendship as if we'd knew each other for so long. Not only friendship that we brought back from the camp, but also God's words and spiritual growth. God presence is with us throughout the whole camp. Even though we are small in numbers, yet God is faithful!

Well, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for those who came for the Easter celebration. Thank God that everything turn out well although we have not 100% prepared and we started late (because someone late :P). Praise God that our two cute cute MC, Ms Vicky and Ms Maryann managed to start with 'a short talk' before the performance started. Our invited speaker, Ps Julie was inspiring. Her sweet and humerous talk has tackle people's heart easily. Thank God for this pastor to take out her time for the college student. 13 souls responded on that day. The refreshments that doesn't seem to be enough for all manage to satisfy each of us after we pray for His provision to multiply the food. Praise God! So is God real? You bet He is! And He takes care of His children.

There's a Christian camp which is opened for all non-muslims this coming Friday till Sunday, 27th to the 29th of March 2009.
Details are as such:
Venue: El Sanctuary, Malacca
Dates: 27th to 29th of March 2009( Friday till Sunday )
Price: RM145 inclusive of food, accommodation and transport to and back.
Closing date for registering is on the 25th of March, Wednesday.

Hello fellow readers,
I am sure you guys have seen posters from Youth Ablaze around college. As the title states, it's to inform you guys on the Easter Celebration which will be held on the 27th Of March 2009.
What is Easter?
The day our Lord Jesus Christ, resurrected from the dead after his crucifixion.
Why do Christians celebrate Easter?
We celebrate to rejoice our savior's resurrection and also to remind ourselves to get ready for his second coming :)

Nasleep : Club Week
Phew, club week's finally over. :)
Although it was quite a tiring two days, but we had fun lotsaaa fun. And not forgetting, we had new members! 9 of them in exact. Weeeee~! :D Thank God for them.
Special thanks to Ms Vicky for providing the stuff to decorate the table, Esther, Lavynce, Suyin ( without the spacing :P ), Chloe, Stephanie, Jireh and last but not least our lovable president, the birthday boy Daryl.
Apologies for a plain post, we were too busy having fun and interacting with peeps till we forgot to take any photos.

Memories in Bukit Cahaya
A number of 30 gathered together in front of SEGi UC 8am in the morning, take us roughly half and hour to reach Bukit Cahaya. We are a little bit late and it cost us to wait for bicycles to come back because only one bicycle stall open on that day. However, the whole trip was great and we get to know each other throughout gathering. Daryl, our current president carried out ice breakers that foster closer relationship among the new peoples. We get to eat and play together.Youth Ablaze welcome you all to join us in all of our activities. We are having a lot of fun activities and events for you! Do join us also every friday at 12.30pm at L1.11 and we have a movie day every last friday of the month at video conferencing room.. You're most welcome to join us, be a part of us~~! =)
